You may donate here or via check at PO Box 1195, Cook MN 55723. If your donation is in memory of a person, please include on the subject line so we can be sure to notify the family of the donation.

Donations to the W.C. Heiam Medical Foundation, a non-profit (501)(c)(3) organization, are tax-deductible to the extent of the law. A representative from our Foundation Board would be happy to personally discuss with you the benefits of giving to the W.C. Heiam Foundation. Please consult with your tax preparer (CPA), financial advisor, or attorney prior to making any gifts. We do not provide legal or tax advice.

You can also donate to the foundation by gifting securities (stocks) or adding the foundation as a beneficiary to your investments or life insurance policies.

A donor recognition wall proudly displays the names of contributors whose cumulative giving is $1,000 and above. The display is located in the main entryway of the Cook Hospital.
